1.) Never go to bed without removing makeup and wash your face early on (I've been told skin starts to rejuvenate itself 10:00 p.m. or earlier). Suggestions for makeup removers here, here, and here. Suggestions for facial cleansers here, here, and here.
3.) Shampoo less often to avoid damage and use a deep-conditioning hair treatment once a week. A good dry shampoo suggestion here.
4.) Experiment and take more risks with makeup.
5.) Upgrade your skincare regimen -- add eye cream! I like this guide as to what you should be doing at which age. Affordable eye cream suggestions here, here, and here.
6.) Use firming face & body lotion at a young age to (hopefully) have less wrinkles later! Firming face & body lotion suggestions here, here, and here. Many of these come with a self-tanner which is an added bonus.
7.) You've heard it before, but it's so important: get at least 6-8 hours of beauty sleep a night.
