Another quick post because we still don't have internet! Today has been the first day I've had any time to myself and I decided to spend it in a yoga class. I forgot how much I love exercising almost daily and how it makes me feel. Goals for next week: Join a gym or dance studio, go to the Bikram Yoga studio I found in my new neighborhood, workout every other day, yoga or meditation EVERY day, and eat healthier (aka pack lunch for work and class). Do you have any fitness or health goals for the new week??
